LEED stands for Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Design. This means that the real estate logistics asset to which it refers is built to eco-efficiency standards and meets sustainability requirements

ESG

PKBL certifies its assets with Leed Gold.
PKBL formalizes sustainability protocols with the operators working in its industrial and logistics parks.
PKBL primarily works on assets in consolidated urban areas, renovating industrial zones that once again become part of the city’s productive fabric.
PKBL adds to its general proposal for intervention on existing lands, the conservation of those buildings that can be utilized for the activities developed in our assets. When this is not possible, the buildings targeted for demolition are documented, so that the heritage they have represented within the history of the city and the construction industry is not lost.
